Como sabemos, estos establecimientos contribuyeron al profesionalismo del flamenco y, por tanto, a la consolidaci\u00f3n de nuestro arte desde mediados del siglo XIX. El profesor e investigador Antonio Conde Gonz\u00e1lez \u2013 Carrascosa nos atendi\u00f3 gentilmente desde su Granada natal para hablarnos de este su cuarto libro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos caf\u00e9s cantantes de Granada y otros espacios esc\u00e9nicos 1868-1939\u201d (Editorial Granada i Flamenco, 2025) En un recorrido hist\u00f3rico y musical desde el \u00faltimo tercio del siglo XIX hasta final del primer tercio del siglo XX, recoge la ubicaci\u00f3n y la programaci\u00f3n de flamenco de todos estos caf\u00e9s. As\u00ed mismo, recoge m\u00e1s de trescientas rese\u00f1as de actuaciones de maestros hist\u00f3ricos del flamenco que pasaron por estos importantes establecimientos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s
