A mi amigo Carmelo Camino<\/em><\/p>\n

A las dos de la tarde dicen que empieza. Bueno, ya sabes, dicen a las dos, pero se plantar\u00e1 en y media o menos cuarto. Qu\u00e9 hora menos flamenca, la hora de comer. T\u00fa t\u00f3mate una copita y una tapa de potaje, ver\u00e1s c\u00f3mo los duendes no entienden de relojes sino de cante, guitarra y arte.<\/p>\n

Y qu\u00e9 me dices de un buen pan, Paco, estos guisos de invierno siempre piden pan de migaj\u00f3n, del pan me encargo yo. Y es que Francisco Morillo Castro,\u00a0Paco Morillo<\/strong>\u00a0(1974) es panadero de profesi\u00f3n. Panadero de Mairena del Alcor, que no de Alcal\u00e1, paisano de la Llave de Oro del Cante, de toda la saga de los Mairena, de Curro, de Manuel y, ya recientemente, de Fernando Mairena, Fernando Porrito\u2026 Y de Calixto S\u00e1nchez, su gran valedor y amigo.<\/p>\n

El pan de masa madre requiere tiempo y paciencia. Solo lleva harina y agua, sin levaduras a\u00f1adidas, y est\u00e1 igual de bueno por la ma\u00f1ana que por la noche, no se pone duro ni chicloso. A las dos de la tarde o de madrugada, Paco Morillo amasa panes y cantes, como dec\u00eda en su primer trabajo discogr\u00e1fico de 2014.<\/p>\n

Le acompa\u00f1a el guitarrista oficial de la Pe\u00f1a,\u00a0Marcos Serrato<\/strong>\u00a0(Dos Hermanas, 1991), m\u00fasico de conservatorio y dos veces segundo en la pugna por el\u00a0Bord\u00f3n Minero<\/em>\u00a0en La Uni\u00f3n. Fue dejar libre su mano derecha y el aire de la Pe\u00f1a Juan Talega se llen\u00f3 por completo de tr\u00e9molos, mientras la izquierda le tomaba el pulso al m\u00e1stil con el aplomo de un concertista. Una ovaci\u00f3n espont\u00e1nea interrumpi\u00f3 el preludio de la malague\u00f1a, y estableci\u00f3 una conexi\u00f3n 3.0 entre el cantaor y su acompa\u00f1ante, una complicidad de ida y vuelta que perdur\u00f3 durante todo el recital.<\/p>\n

Y ech\u00f3 a volar el mairenero su voz natural, \u201cmalague\u00f1a de Calixto S\u00e1nchez y malague\u00f1a de Antonio Mairena\u201d, quiso Francisco mentar a sus admirados paisanos para aludir a los cantes de La Trini y de Enrique el Mellizo. Y cerr\u00f3 con una preciosa jabera, \u201cun abandolao de Paco Moya\u201d, puntualiz\u00f3 el maestro panadero.<\/p>\n

Con los tientos de Mairena carg\u00f3 la suerte y peg\u00f3 varias tandas con el pit\u00f3n de la sonanta de Serrato fijo en el cante de Paco, y sin rozar la muleta:<\/p>\n

Si yo pudiera borrar<\/em>
\nlas besanas y los linderos,<\/em>
\npondr\u00eda una raya en el mar,<\/em>
\ny har\u00eda otro mundo nuevo.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Tiene\u00a0Paco Morillo<\/strong>\u00a0una manera de cantar personal\u00edsima, que suele abordar los tercios arrojando al cielo su voz de pecho, potente y muy bien proyectada, para recogerse en una media voz doliente y aterciopelada, no la\u00edna, en donde mece los cantes con comodidad y mucho gusto. Es en este punto donde te pega los mejores pellizcos y alcanza su mejor velocidad de transmisi\u00f3n, por seguir la torpe met\u00e1fora conectiva.<\/p>\n

Y cuando te tiene encandilado, cuando todo parece estar en su sitio, viene Marcos con sus falsetas por seguiriyas, por ah\u00ed asoman Melchor y el Ni\u00f1o Ricardo. Y el cantaor se encuentra a gusto en el escenario, mejor que nunca, mejor que cuando gan\u00f3 el Premio\u00a0Antonio Mairena<\/em>\u00a0en su pueblo hace m\u00e1s de siete a\u00f1os, y de lo que pocos paisanos se acuerdan. M\u00e1s le valiera a la Villa arropar un poco m\u00e1s a ese excelente ramillete de cantaores j\u00f3venes que posee en la actualidad.<\/p>\n

La seguiriya es su palo, se nota, tanto tiempo amasando los cantes de El Nitri, de T\u00edo Jos\u00e9 de Paula ten\u00eda que notarse. Y ech\u00f3 los restos, ofreciendo su verdad, su garganta m\u00e1s caliente mas sin ojana en la cabal de Antonio Mairena, para terminar rindiendo al personal con una magn\u00edfica interpretaci\u00f3n de\u00a0El Polo<\/em>, \u201cese cante que hay que hacerlo de vez en cuando porque si no se pierde\u201d. Y hartos de potaje, pan y cante, se nos puso flamenca la tarde.<\/p>\n
