{"id":3708,"date":"2018-05-22T16:12:45","date_gmt":"2018-05-22T16:12:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/?p=3708"},"modified":"2019-02-28T00:35:59","modified_gmt":"2019-02-27T23:35:59","slug":"la-pastora-y-la-pastori","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/blog-archivo\/la-pastora-y-la-pastori\/","title":{"rendered":"La Pastora y La Pastori"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 1 de mayo, <strong>Ni\u00f1a Pastori<\/strong>, la cantante de San Fernando, o reina del flamenquito, como la llaman algunos, declar\u00f3 en una entrevista en\u00a0<em>La Raz\u00f3n<\/em>\u00a0que \u201cel flamenco sin la mujer no ser\u00eda nada\u201d.\u00a0 Por ah\u00ed vamos ya con esto del feminismo flamenco, en auge desde hace alg\u00fan tiempo. Es verdad que a lo mejor no quiso decir eso, pero lo dijo y qued\u00f3 ah\u00ed. \u00bfSe imaginan que un hombre hubiera dicho lo contrario, que el flamenco no ser\u00eda nada sin los artistas masculinos? Hubiera ardido el mundillo.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso hay que tener cuidado con denunciar estas cosas porque el poder en el flamenco existe y la mujer tiene un importante papel. Una conocida feminista flamenca me ha quitado de alg\u00fan que otro sitio porque no le caigo bien, y un d\u00eda lo contar\u00e9 para que nos vayamos entendiendo todos. Dir\u00e9 qui\u00e9n es, porque adem\u00e1s tiene bastante poder y est\u00e1 metida en todos los fregados flamencos por su vinculaci\u00f3n a la pol\u00edtica.<\/p>\n<p>Han pasado de exigir reconocimiento y sitio, algo totalmente justo, a decir que el flamenco es cosa de las mujeres. Tampoco es que lo haya dicho\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Carmen-Linares-Buler%C3%ADas-por-Sole%C3%A1\/c112t\/5638ed1b0cf28330832af8dd\">Carmen Linares<\/a>, que es una de las grandes maestras del cante de este tiempo, sino una cantante aflamencada. Que por cierto es una estupenda artista y a m\u00ed me gusta su sonido tan juvenil y desenfadado, aunque nunca la haya considerado una cantaora. Pero la Ni\u00f1a Pastori es muy medi\u00e1tica y cualquier cosa que diga tiene repercusi\u00f3n en los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n social. Por tanto, la artista ca\u00f1a\u00edlla deber\u00eda medir las palabras.<\/p>\n<p>Hay quienes defienden la teor\u00eda de que el primer cante flamenco de la historia fue una nana y que como la nana es un cante de mujeres, pues eso. El compa\u00f1ero y amigo <strong>Enrique Montiel<\/strong>, entre otras muchas cosas, bi\u00f3grafo de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/06\/18\/%E2%80%8B-Un-cuarto-de-siglo-sin-Camar%C3%B3n\">Camar\u00f3n<\/a>, suele decir que el flamenco lo invent\u00f3 la\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Cuarenta-y-seis-a%C3%B1os-sin-Pastora\/c112t\/565548780cf2a1cf6d1811d5\">Ni\u00f1a de los Peines<\/a>. En fin, que el tema tendr\u00eda un libro o varios tomos. Pero lo \u00fanico cierto es que desde que se publicaron las primeras noticias del flamenco en la prensa o libros, mujeres y hombres estaban juntos y cantaban m\u00e1s o menos los mismos palos de la baraja.<\/p>\n<p>La citada Ni\u00f1a de los Peines sol\u00eda decir que ella aprendi\u00f3 a cantar escuchando a sus padres, a los dos, y a sus abuelos. Su madre, Pastora, dicen que cantaba y bailaba muy bien por tangos, el baile preferido en las fiestas gitanas antes de que se impusiera la buler\u00eda de manera tan rotunda. Su padre, <strong>El Pa\u00edti<\/strong>, cantaba muy bien los cantes a palo seco, los llamados de fragua, puesto que \u00e9l era herrero. Y cuentan tambi\u00e9n en Arahal, de donde era la madre de la artista, que su abuelo <strong>Tom\u00e1s Cruz\u00a0<em>El Calilo<\/em><\/strong>, natural tambi\u00e9n de este pueblo, ten\u00eda una gracia infinita y que bailaba de esc\u00e1ndalo.<\/p>\n<p>Lo deseable ser\u00eda que el tema de la mujer en el flamenco no sirviera para controversias y pol\u00e9micas absurdas, porque creo que es un debate est\u00e9ril. Y lo que s\u00ed es absurdo, en mi opini\u00f3n, es que entremos en una guerra para saber qui\u00e9n puso m\u00e1s en el nacimiento del flamenco, si la mujer o el hombre. Seg\u00fan La Pastori, el hombre no puso nada, aunque estoy convencido de que no quiso decir esto.
