{"id":3703,"date":"2018-05-15T16:16:16","date_gmt":"2018-05-15T16:16:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/?p=3703"},"modified":"2019-03-01T22:59:40","modified_gmt":"2019-03-01T21:59:40","slug":"tres-anos-sin-manuel-molina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/blog-archivo\/tres-anos-sin-manuel-molina\/","title":{"rendered":"Tres a\u00f1os sin Manuel Molina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado lunes fue descubierto un busto de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Manuel-Molina\/c112t\/55f750b60cf20cc524a8f06b\">Manuel Molina<\/a>\u00a0en el patio de la nueva sede de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flamencoheeren.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fundaci\u00f3n Cristina Heeren<\/a> en Triana, en la larga y estrecha calle Pureza. Fui invitado por su hermano Jes\u00fas pero ten\u00eda otros compromisos ineludibles y me fue imposible ir. El pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 19 de este mismo mes se van a cumplir tres a\u00f1os de su muerte, la de uno de los m\u00fasicos flamencos m\u00e1s influyentes y carism\u00e1ticos de las \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>Lo de que le hayan puesto un busto en el patio de una academia no parece muy importante, porque Manuel era m\u00e1s de la calle, de la taberna y la reuni\u00f3n de cabales, pero menos da una piedra. No conozco a\u00fan la nueva sede de esta fundaci\u00f3n flamenca y supongo que es un motivo m\u00e1s para ir un d\u00eda de estos a visitar las instalaciones. Por cierto, el <strong>Ayuntamiento de Sevilla<\/strong> le ha concedido la Medalla de la Ciudad a Cristina Heeren, distinci\u00f3n muy merecida, eso es indiscutible, pero duele un poco que se reconozca a alguien de fuera y no a las muchas personas que han luchado y llevan luchando tantos a\u00f1os por nuestro arte. Lo siento, pero ten\u00eda que decirlo, a pesar del aprecio personal que le tengo a esta mujer tan flamenca.<\/p>\n<p>No hay una sola vez que vaya a Triana, algo que hago siempre que puedo, aunque viva retirado del barrio, que no vea a Manuel Molina andando por la calle Betis, el Altozano o Pag\u00e9s del Corro. Verlo andar por algunas de estas calles fundamentales del viejo arrabal era como un consuelo y, aunque muriera hace tres a\u00f1os, quiero y necesito seguir viendo esa imagen tan entra\u00f1able en un barrio que se va quedando sin flamencos, no solo sin gitanos.<\/p>\n<p>Manuel estaba muy preocupado con todo lo que ten\u00eda que ver con Triana, aunque hubiera nacido en Ceuta. Como <strong>El Fillo, Fa\u00edco<\/strong> o su madre <strong>La Josefa<\/strong>, Manuel no hab\u00eda nacido en el barrio pero lleg\u00f3 de ni\u00f1o y se hizo trianero. Su m\u00fasica era trianera, de aquella Triana nueva que floreci\u00f3 en los sesenta, despu\u00e9s de la expulsi\u00f3n de pobres que hubo en los cincuenta, aunque Ricardo Pach\u00f3n siga hablando solo de la eliminaci\u00f3n de los gitanos, manipulando claramente la historia.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s le preocupaba a Manuel era que el tiempo fuera borrando un pasado tan rico desde el punto de vista flamenco. Se quedaba maravillado cuando \u00edbamos andando por Triana y le iba diciendo d\u00f3nde hab\u00edan nacido o vivieron artistas como El Fillo, Juan y Jos\u00e9 el Pelao, Francisco la Perla, Fa\u00edco, El Pancho \u2013con taberna en la Cava Nueva\u2013, La Andonda,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!El-m%C3%A9dico-del-cante-jondo\/c112t\/56fb55960cf20a08ed0b1678\">Ram\u00f3n el Ollero<\/a>\u00a0o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/01\/10\/Fernando-el-de-Triana\">Fernando el de Triana<\/a>. Ojal\u00e1 la Fundaci\u00f3n Cristina Heeren decida alg\u00fan d\u00eda contar la historia del flamenco en Triana, ya que nadie lo hace, adem\u00e1s de seguir con su labor docente.<\/p>\n<p>Mentira parece que un barrio con tanta historia, una de las cunas principales del arte jondo, no tenga a\u00fan un centro de documentaci\u00f3n sobre este arte y tampoco un buen libro sobre sus artistas. La directora de la Fundaci\u00f3n Cristina Heeren de Arte Flamencolo intent\u00f3, pero se qued\u00f3 solo en un fallido intento. Tambi\u00e9n <strong>\u00c1ngel Vela<\/strong>. Lamentablemente, Triana ha dado grandes artistas y p\u00e9simos flamenc\u00f3logos o flamenc\u00f3logas.<\/p>\n<p>Ojal\u00e1 el busto de Manuel Molina que han puesto en esta fundaci\u00f3n mire alg\u00fan d\u00eda para una habitaci\u00f3n en la que los estudiosos puedan ir a documentarse.
