M\u00e1s bien est\u00e1 pasando lo contario, que hay una lamentable persecuci\u00f3n contra quienes siguen en la tradici\u00f3n jonda con respeto a unas formas heredadas de grandes maestros del siglo XIX. \u201cRepetir lo de otros\u201d, dicen. \u00bfRepetir o interpretar?<\/p>\n<p>Soy de los que piensan \u2013y he estado siempre abierto a todo lo nuevo que salga de la frescura y el talento de los artistas\u2013 que una malague\u00f1a de <strong>Chac\u00f3n<\/strong> renace en cada garganta aunque se ajuste a la partitura. \u00bfO no renacieron en las voces de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Aquel-jilguero-de-Marchena\/c112t\/5661105c0cf25333685e0a03\">Marchena<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!El-a%C3%B1o-de-Juan-Valderrama\/c112t\/560dd5620cf2a7bb74c22e90\">Valderrama<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2018\/05\/31\/Jacinto-Almad%C3%A9n-y-Paco-de-Luc%C3%ADa\">Jacinto Almad\u00e9n<\/a>\u00a0o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Un-dolor-llamado-Morente\/c112t\/5665034b0cf203d325ed5a96\">Enrique Morente<\/a>? As\u00ed que si un chaval de hoy canta una malague\u00f1a de Chac\u00f3n o una sole\u00e1 de La Sarneta, si lo hace bien, no est\u00e1 repitiendo el pasado sino interpret\u00e1ndolo y homenajeando a dos grandes m\u00fasicos como fueron los jerezanos citados.<\/p>\n<p>Digo lo de grandes m\u00fasicos porque ambos dejaron estilos personales que siguen vivos en los artistas actuales. Cuando\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/01\/10\/Fernando-el-de-Triana\">Fernando el de Triana<\/a>\u00a0calificaba a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!El-abuelo-recuerda-a-Tom%C3%A1s-Pav%C3%B3n\/c112t\/56ef66b60cf276e9de24fb4d\">Tom\u00e1s Pav\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0como un buen copista no le estaba quitando valor, sino todo lo contrario: estaba dici\u00e9ndonos que conoc\u00eda el legado cl\u00e1sico y que lo interpretaba de maravilla, como as\u00ed fue.<\/p>\n<p>Tom\u00e1s sent\u00eda predilecci\u00f3n por los cantes de <strong>Enrique el Mellizo, La Sarneta, Frasco el Colorao<\/strong> o <strong>Frijones<\/strong>, aun no habiendo conocido a algunos de ellos. Y, adem\u00e1s, admiraba al <strong>Ni\u00f1o de Marchena<\/strong> por su creatividad. Sol\u00eda decir que cuando Dios ech\u00f3 la sal en la tierra, toda le cay\u00f3 encima al genio marchenero.<\/p>\n<p>Quiero llegar a la conclusi\u00f3n de que es perfectamente compatible que haya cantaores de corte tradicional que interpreten bien los palos tal y como nos han sido legado, con los llamados creadores o representantes de la vanguardia. \u00bfO no han sido compatibles\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Hablando-de-cante-con-Mairena\/c112t\/5760d1d50cf29542aa289730\">Mairena<\/a>\u00a0y Valderrama o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/04\/20\/Honores-a-Menese-en-Guadalajara\">Menese<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Honores-a-Don-Antonio-Fosforito\/c112t\/571d84e50cf26b6d68419e56\">Fosforito<\/a>? Como lo son hoy\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Arc%C3%A1ngel-en-el-Tablao\/c112t\/565e7b060cf211cbf012723d\">Arc\u00e1ngel<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Pedro-el-Grana%C3%ADno\/c112t\/57c4768073a449045ccde350\">Pedro el Grana\u00edno<\/a>\u00a0o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Estrella-Morente-Tangos-del-Cerro\/c112t\/55f780ac0cf2de902a86ab99\">Estrella Morente<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/08\/06\/Mar%C3%ADa-Terremoto-y-Miguel-Poveda\">Mar\u00eda Terremoto<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Creadores ha habido siempre, desde los tiempos de <strong>El Planeta<\/strong>, y el cante es de gran riqueza y variedad de estilos por esos que en su d\u00eda se atrevieron a hacer cosas nuevas. Y sigue siendo una joya cultural gracias a quienes decidieron ser fieles a las formas cl\u00e1sicas y mantener la esencia. \u00bfA qu\u00e9 viene entonces ir contra los que crean y tambi\u00e9n contra los que conservan?<\/p>\n<p>Suelo ir contra los que crean sin base alguna y se alejan de la esencia, que los hay. A m\u00ed me sobra todo el que para hacer algo nuevo destroza lo anterior. Ni mucho menos se burlaron jam\u00e1s de las formas antiguas.
