No son ya tan necesarios como hace tres o cuatro d\u00e9cadas y, sin que tengan que desaparecer del todo, no estar\u00eda mal sentarse a hablar sobre la necesidad de plantearse si se deben seguir celebrando tantos, para empezar, o que pasen a la historia. Lo digo especialmente por el <strong>Festival de las Minas<\/strong> de este a\u00f1o, con el resultado, las pataletas de los perdedores y el incierto futuro que se les abre a los ganadores, sobre todo a la ganadora de la L\u00e1mpara, la sevillana de los Palacios y Villafranca <strong>Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Carrasco<\/strong>, y el ganador del Bord\u00f3n Minero, el guitarrista madrile\u00f1o <strong>Agust\u00edn Carbonel\u00a0<em>El Bola<\/em><\/strong>, un veterano ya del toque.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfTanto dinero, trabajo y esfuerzo para esto? \u00bfNo se crea m\u00e1s desilusi\u00f3n que ilusi\u00f3n? El concurso de flamenco tiene alg\u00fan sentido si persigue el descubrimiento de j\u00f3venes valores y su posterior promoci\u00f3n. \u00bfQu\u00e9 ha descubierto <strong>La Uni\u00f3n<\/strong> este a\u00f1o? No estuve presente en la final, pero he podido escuchar algo en Internet y el nivel ha sido, creo, demasiado bajo. Eso para empezar. Como no estuve no quiero entrar en la calidad o no de cada concursante, que para eso est\u00e1n los que fueron a analizar el certamen. He ido muchos a\u00f1os a este concurso, como jurado o como cr\u00edtico, y tengo legitimidad para opinar en general sobre el certamen y lo he hecho muchas veces, aunque cada vez me interese menos este concurso y todos en general.<\/p>\n<p>La \u00faltima vez que escrib\u00ed sobre los concursos tuve problemas con algunos veteranos cantaores que siguen yendo a estos cert\u00e1menes a por el dinero. S\u00ed, a por el dinero. No lo digo en ingl\u00e9s, sino en andaluz. A por la pasta. Cada uno es libre de ganarse la vida como pueda o sepa y si les dejan, vale. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hacen cantaores de m\u00e1s de cincuenta a\u00f1os en los concursos? \u00bfIr\u00edan si en vez de dinero dieran un lote de libros o discos? Por tanto, el gran problema de los concursos es que no est\u00e1n dedicados por completo al descubrimiento de j\u00f3venes valores y su posterior promoci\u00f3n. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos los organizan para tener seis meses de cante por seis mil euros.<\/p>\n<p>El concurso m\u00e1s potente de todos es el de La Uni\u00f3n. Precisamente por este motivo, es el que debe hacer que esto cambie. Se va mucho dinero en los concursos de cante flamenco y hay muchos artistas pasando calamidades. Si se trata de descubrir nuevos valores, que es para lo que se crearon, ahora hay otros medios mejores, como por ejemplo las redes sociales, Internet. No hace mucho tiempo puse un v\u00eddeo grabado con mi propio m\u00f3vil de un chaval de 12 a\u00f1os cantando una seguiriya y en dos d\u00edas hab\u00eda sido visto por treinta mil personas.<\/p>\n<p>Lo vuelvo a decir.
