Ramen, diferentes tipos de sushi y otros manjares. Sin embargo, tambi\u00e9n es hablar de flamenco. El pa\u00eds asi\u00e1tico es uno de los principales clientes de la empresa sevillana <a href=\"https:\/\/castanuelasdelsur.com\/\">Casta\u00f1uelas del sur<\/a>, una pyme que se dedica a la fabricaci\u00f3n artesanal y venta de palillos o casta\u00f1uelas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al a\u00f1o facturan medio mill\u00f3n de euros gracias a este peculiar instrumento flamenco. Solo siete personas conocen el secreto de su fabricaci\u00f3n. Se elaboran a mano y tardan unas dos horas y media en hacer cada una. As\u00ed lo cuenta <strong>Noelia Ruiz<\/strong> en un extenso reportaje publicado en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elespanol.com\/invertia\/empresas\/20220729\/castanuelas-sur-conquista-japon-principales-compradores-palillos\/691181112_0.html\"><em>EL ESPA\u00d1OL-Invertia<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En marcha desde 1982, fue fundada por los hermanos <strong>Juan<\/strong> y <strong>Jos\u00e9 Vela<\/strong>, que fabrican palillos sevillanos desde que ten\u00edan siete y nueve a\u00f1os, respectivamente. Hoy en d\u00eda es la segunda generaci\u00f3n la que lleva el fruct\u00edfero negocio flamenco. Venden en unas cuatrocientas tiendas en Espa\u00f1a, pero tambi\u00e9n en Grecia, Alemania, Argentina, Brasil, Estados Unidos y Jap\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este instrumento se puede adquirir a trav\u00e9s de la web de Casta\u00f1uelas del Sur por un precio desde los treinta hasta los doscientos sesenta euros seg\u00fan su gama. El producto estrella son unos palillos de fibra negra veteada con rojo para uso profesional. La clave es que puede estar en caja normal o doble, con dos huecos en el interior, consiguiendo aflamencar m\u00e1s su sonido y darle versatilidad para muchos toques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La fiebre del flamenco en Jap\u00f3n hace que sea el principal cliente de la empresa. Seg\u00fan cuenta <strong>Mari Carmen Vela<\/strong>, artesana y gerente de Casta\u00f1uelas del Sur, en el citado reportaje, un empresario japon\u00e9s fue expresamente a la peque\u00f1a tienda que ten\u00edan para hacer un pedido de tanto volumen que no ten\u00edan ni material para fabricarlo. El cliente quiso abonar por adelantado el importe para que pudiesen adquirir la materia prima para la elaboraci\u00f3n de las casta\u00f1uelas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Todo cobra m\u00e1s sentido cuando se analizan los datos. Jap\u00f3n cuenta con unas seiscientas academias de baile flamenco y aproximadamente cincuenta mil estudiantes. Si nos paramos en los profesionales son m\u00e1s de ochenta mil los que se dedican a este arte en el pa\u00eds nip\u00f3n.
