M\u00e1s bien de vulgarizarlo, como ya ocurri\u00f3 con las sevillanas hace bastantes a\u00f1os. Parece que el objetivo de algunos es que el mundo entero baile por buler\u00edas y, adem\u00e1s de que es imposible, esto me parece algo absurdo. Es verdad que el verdadero aficionado sabr\u00e1 siempre distinguir entre el oro y el oropel, pero no creo que esto pase en otros g\u00e9neros musicales, como por ejemplo en la \u00f3pera.<\/p>\n<p>Cualquiera puede pensar que estoy intentando decir que hay que volver a los cuartos. No, no es eso. Aquella fue una \u00e9poca de grandes artistas del cante, pero no es cuesti\u00f3n de que regresemos a la marginalidad. Un d\u00eda habl\u00e9 de esto con dos pesos pesados del cante,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Hablando-de-cante-con-Mairena\/c112t\/5760d1d50cf29542aa289730Ssss\">Antonio Mairena<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0y\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/02\/19\/Un-caballero-del-cante-y-la-palabra\">Luis Caballero<\/a><\/strong>, ambos ya en el otro mundo, y estaban de acuerdo en que el cante ten\u00eda que salir de los cuartos de los se\u00f1oritos y comerse el mundo en los mejores teatros. Ninguno de los dos sab\u00eda que ya en el siglo XIX hab\u00eda artistas y hasta compa\u00f1\u00edas que iban por el mundo, sobre todo por Europa y Sudam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>No niego que el flamenco hoy es mucho m\u00e1s conocido en el mundo de lo que lo era hace medio siglo, y hasta que pueda tener mejor imagen. Se ha hecho una gran labor que est\u00e1 dando ya sus frutos, porque nuestros artistas tienen trabajo todo el a\u00f1o, tanto fuera como dentro de Espa\u00f1a. El <strong>Festival de Jerez<\/strong> o la Bienal llenan los teatros porque vienen muchos aficionados de fuera, desde todo el mundo. Esos aficionados, adem\u00e1s, traen dinero para gastar en viajes, hoteles y restaurantes. Con la Bienal, Sevilla tiene unos ingresos m\u00e1s que importantes.<\/p>\n<p>Todo esto no justifica que se est\u00e9 vulgarizando tanto el arte flamenco en nuestra propia tierra, Andaluc\u00eda, donde ya se sube cualquiera a un escenario o le dan un teatro a todo el que lo pida. Quiz\u00e1 sea ahora cuando hay que cuidar m\u00e1s lo que les ofrecemos a quienes vienen de fuera a consumir flamenco y a veces les damos gato por liebre. Seguramente porque hay mucha demanda de flamenco y no hay tantos buenos artistas, no s\u00e9. Creo que s\u00ed, que hay muy buenos artistas, pero muchos no se han puesto las pilas y se van quedando atr\u00e1s o cantan solo en pe\u00f1as y tablaos.<\/p>\n<p>Los grandes festivales tienen una responsabilidad, la de velar por la calidad, por lo aut\u00e9ntico. Y no siempre lo hacen. Creo que la <strong>Bienal de Sevilla<\/strong>, que es el mejor festival flamenco del mundo, o el m\u00e1s potente, deber\u00eda dejar de montar numeritos en la calle y cuidar m\u00e1s su programaci\u00f3n. Que no sea tan repetitiva como es y acabar con esa pr\u00e1ctica de darle un teatro a cualquiera.<\/p>\n<p>Acaba de empezar la Bienal y tiempo habr\u00e1 de hacer un balance.
