{"id":35228,"date":"2022-07-08T20:02:48","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T18:02:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/?p=35228"},"modified":"2022-07-08T20:02:48","modified_gmt":"2022-07-08T18:02:48","slug":"jose-maria-velazquez-gaztelu-sera-el-pregonero-del-festival-lo-ferro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/actualidad\/jose-maria-velazquez-gaztelu-sera-el-pregonero-del-festival-lo-ferro\/","title":{"rendered":"Jose Mar\u00eda Vel\u00e1zquez-Gaztelu ser\u00e1 el pregonero del Festival Lo Ferro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La 42\u00aa edici\u00f3n del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loferroflamenco.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Festival Internacional de Cante Flamenco de Lo Ferro<\/a> va a tener el lujo de contar como pregonero con una de las figuras m\u00e1s importantes que el mundo de las letras ha aportado al flamenco, el maestro <strong>Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Vel\u00e1zquez-Gaztelu<\/strong> (C\u00e1diz, 1942).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Escritor, poeta, flamenc\u00f3logo y documentalista, su voz ha estado unida a este arte, Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad, desde los a\u00f1os 70 cuando tuvo la oportunidad de grabar los m\u00edticos programas de TVE <em>Rito y Geograf\u00eda del Cante<\/em> y <em>Rito y Geograf\u00eda del Baile<\/em>, entrevistando durante 113 programas a artistas de la talla de Pilar L\u00f3pez, Antonio, Pepe Marchena, Antonio Mairena, Caracol, Paco de Luc\u00eda, Menese, Camar\u00f3n, Morente, Antonio Gades, Manolo Sanl\u00facar, etc. Ha dirigido y producido discos donde han intervenido Pedro Bac\u00e1n, Fernando Terremoto, Jos\u00e9 Menese, Manuel Morao, Pedro Pe\u00f1a o Carmen Linares. Desde 2008 es responsable de las p\u00e1ginas de flamenco del semanario <em>El Cultural<\/em> (El Mundo). De 2007 a 2010 cre\u00f3 para el festival Suma Flamenca, de la Comunidad de Madrid, la serie <em>La m\u00fasica de los espejos<\/em>, de la que escribi\u00f3 los guiones e hizo las presentaciones, con la participaci\u00f3n de poetas y artistas flamencos como Jos\u00e9 Manuel Caballero Bonald y Jos\u00e9 Merc\u00e9, Antonio Gala y Esperanza Fern\u00e1ndez, Luis Garc\u00eda Montero y Enrique Morente, Luis Eduardo Aute y Marina Heredia o el propio Gaztelu y Miguel Poveda, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Su carrera profesional est\u00e1 jalonada por un interminable listado de reconocimientos y galardones como el Premio Nacional de la C\u00e1tedra de Flamencolog\u00eda, colaborador del Instituto Cervantes, Medalla de Oro del Festival de Arcos de la Frontera, Premio de la Cr\u00edtica \u201cFlamenco Hoy\u201d 2003 y 2006.
