Sobre todo me gustan los que saben al paisaje, que eso era la pureza para\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2016\/06\/14\/Hablando-de-cante-con-Mairena\">Antonio Mairena<\/a><\/strong>: el sabor al paisaje. Cuando el gran maestro hablaba de la sole\u00e1 de Alcal\u00e1, una de sus preferidas, sol\u00eda decir que le gustaban aquellos cantaores \u2013o cantaoras\u2013 que ol\u00edan a pan caliente y al aroma de las flores del castillo \u00e1rabe, donde viv\u00eda <strong>Joaqu\u00edn el de la Paula<\/strong> y su sobrino <strong>Manolito el de Mar\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En la misma l\u00ednea se manifest\u00f3\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/single-post\/2017\/01\/10\/Fernando-el-de-Triana\">Fernando el de Triana<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0cuando se refiri\u00f3 en su libro a los fandangos de Alosno, dejando claro que ten\u00edan que oler a aquel paisaje de jara y aguardiente. Pues en el baile ocurre lo mismo. Cuando ve\u00eda bailar a <strong>Rafael el Negro, Juan Montoya<\/strong> o <strong>Pastora la del Pati<\/strong>, se me ven\u00edan al paladar el sabor de los albures fritos y los barbos adobados. Bailaban de una manera natural, como lo hab\u00edan aprendido en las fiestas de los corrales de la Cava Nueva de Triana viendo a sus abuelos o padres.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso me gusta el baile de\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Pepe-Torres\/c112t\/5750eb5f0cf24c96159fb01f\">Pepe Torres<\/a><\/strong>, de Mor\u00f3n de la Frontera, nieto de uno de mis cantaores favoritos,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Joselero-de-Mor%C3%B3n\/c112t\/5750eeb70cf231679147ff6b\">Joselero de Mor\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>. Porque aunque lo viera bailar en Nueva York, me transportar\u00eda a su pueblo natal y se me vendr\u00eda a la garganta un inconfundible sabor a sopeao o berza. Me acordar\u00eda enseguida de su abuelo, de su cu\u00f1ado\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Diego-del-Gastor\/c112t\/55f7536a0cf2db6dcfb5bdd2\">Diego del Gastor<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0y de <strong>Pepe R\u00edos<\/strong>, que bail\u00f3 m\u00e1s gitano que nadie de esa zona de Sevilla. Porque, en efecto, este bailaor huele y sabe al paisaje moronero.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no ha llegado m\u00e1s alto como bailaor Pepe Torres, siendo tan bueno y tan natural? Por el mismo motivo por el que no lo hicieron muchos bailaores de otra \u00e9poca: porque el baile puro, flamenco y sin apenas influencias de otras danzas siempre ha sido para el deleite de una minor\u00eda. \u00bfPero no es esto una contradicci\u00f3n? Si nos gusta lo bueno y lo consumimos, el buen el jam\u00f3n, el buen vino o el mejor marisco, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no el mejor baile flamenco? Porque Pepe Torres no es de los m\u00e1s considerados y solicitados, por si no lo saben.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de bailar m\u00e1s flamenco que nadie \u2013o m\u00e1s gitano\u2013, toca bien la guitarra y hasta canta. Es decir, Pepe Torres es un artistazo, un hombre que tiene el don del arte, sin alardes t\u00e9cnicos forzados, ni\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/blog-archivo\/un-detector-de-ojana\">ojana<\/a>. Es como bailaor, igual que como persona: de una sinceridad admirable. Y cuando baila por buler\u00edas lo hace de una manera tan gitana que no te acuerdas de nadie. Si acaso de Pepe R\u00edos,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.expoflamenco.net\/#!Farruco\/c112t\/566e47370cf2bbe8cab82498\">Farruco<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0o su t\u00edo <strong>El Andorrano<\/strong>, que de ah\u00ed viene el arte del moronero.<\/p>\n<p>Al destacar a Pepe Torres, su estilo y su arte, no estoy tratando de decir que esto es lo que vale y que lo dem\u00e1s, no. No es eso. Solo trato de llamar la atenci\u00f3n sobre un bailaor y una manera de bailar que me gusta y que deber\u00edan estar presentes en m\u00e1s programaciones nacionales e internacionales por ser un tesoro cultural. Es solo por eso.
