De eso no entiendo ni quiero entend\u00e9. Por m\u00ed y por los m\u00edos que hablen los papeles. Los que hablan de t\u00f3 sin pensar terminan, como menos, con una pu\u00f1al\u00e1 en un costao tiritando de muerte. Ay, hermanito <strong>Curro<\/strong>. Dios te tenga en su gloria.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">S\u00f3lo s\u00e9 que me queda poco tiempo y que me trajeron a este mundo antes de que los franceses se hicieran con la mit\u00e1 de Espa\u00f1a, en un d\u00eda de esos oscuros que se dan, de higo a breva, en la isla porque negro ser\u00eda como la boca de un lobo. S\u00f3lo as\u00ed se entiende que hasta las buenas me vienen revir\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A\u00fan tengo clav\u00e1 <strong>esa noche con el torerillo de Chiclana<\/strong>. \u00bfQu\u00e9 har\u00e1 de aquello? \u00bfTres inviernos? Los que sean. Mejor el olv\u00edo antes de que vuelva a arderme la sangre y haga un estropicio. A tiempo estoy. \u00a1Maldita la hora y maldito \u00e9l! Pero la culpa la tengo yo, que me tir\u00e9 de cabeza al r\u00edo por el ru\u00edo de la corriente. <i>Paquiro, el Napole\u00f3n de los toreros<\/i>&nbsp;siguen diciendo en Triana. Me cago en sus castas y en la gente que habla sin viv\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No era la primera vez que iba a esa taberna, pero me he jurao que ser\u00e1 la \u00faltima. L\u00e1stima, porque tiene <strong>un vino que se deja trag\u00e1 y buena candela<\/strong> cuando se abalanza el fr\u00edo. Pero el lugar tiene algo, desde aquel d\u00eda, que me hace tembl\u00e1 la espina solamente con pas\u00e1 por delante.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em><span class=\"s1\">\u00abMe fui p\u00e1 \u00e9l y mordi\u00e9ndole los pies le pregunt\u00e9 si no le hab\u00eda parec\u00edo bien mi cante. El cobarde, por lo visto, ten\u00eda perd\u00eda la lengua. No me dijo ni m\u00fa. Pues que sepa, maestro, que mi cante es cabal. No como ust\u00e9\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">No me puedo dej\u00e1 caer por all\u00ed. \u00bfY si por lo que sea est\u00e1? Yo lo mato. Se me fundan las manos. <strong>Lo mato a \u00e9l y al valiente que se me ponga por delante<\/strong>, aunque luego vaya yo detr\u00e1s. Lo que he viv\u00edo ya, bien viv\u00edo lo tengo aunque \u00e9ste, con lo mal que mata a los toros, no me mover\u00eda ni el aire.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Arda porque el fuego de su fama me arrastr\u00f3 a incendiarme el pecho. <strong>Como le cant\u00e9 esa noche no le ha cantao nadie en su v\u00eda.<\/strong> Ni su mare cuando lo ten\u00eda en los brazos. Lo s\u00e9 porque me dej\u00e9, por hambre y por orgullo, las tripas en aquella seguiriya que hizo tembl\u00e1 las tapias del campo santo y hasta las estrellas del cielo. Y \u00e9l con los ojos abiertos como si hubiera recib\u00edo la corn\u00e1 hel\u00e1 de un toro. <i>Her\u00edo de muerte, ca\u00edo en el suelo, dios se lo pague a los sordaitos, que me arrecogieron. <\/i>El que ven\u00eda conmigo ya no lo vi m\u00e1s. Se perdi\u00f3 como se pierde la v\u00eda, sin avis\u00e1.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Fue curarse el torerillo de mi espanto y <strong>me tir\u00f3 el desgraciao una monea a la mesa<\/strong>. Una monea que se hac\u00eda pas\u00e1 por noble, pero que ten\u00eda m\u00e1s quebrantos que la pobre de mi mare, que Dios la tenga en el cielo. El son\u00edo que hizo en la mesa fue lo que me puso en alerta. El son\u00edo y la risa que escond\u00eda en sus ojos de grillo. No me ech\u00e9 la mano al cinto porque muerte de acero no llevo en lo alto desde lo de mi hermano, pero se la hubiera dao de buena gana.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Eso s\u00ed, no me call\u00e9. Pobre, pero no me pude call\u00e1. Me fui p\u00e1 \u00e9l y mordi\u00e9ndole los pies le pregunt\u00e9 si no le hab\u00eda parec\u00edo bien mi cante.
