Conocido en el mundo art\u00edstico como <strong>Chano Lobato<\/strong>, supo conservar las l\u00edneas esenciales de la escuela gaditana que hab\u00eda heredado y que puli\u00f3 durante toda una vida en los escenarios.<\/p>\n<p>Nuestro cantaor supo adobar los tercios de sole\u00e1s, tangos, alegr\u00edas, buler\u00edas y tanguillos, entre otros estilos de su repertorio, con unas historias y an\u00e9cdotas que salpicaban todas sus actuaciones. Como si regara en ellas toda la sal de la bah\u00eda de C\u00e1diz, contagiando a su auditorio con un <em>age<\/em> dif\u00edcil de superar. Raz\u00f3n por la cual, al recordar a Chano Lobato la memoria se nos llena de buen cante y, al mismo tiempo, de una sonrisa tan amplia como una balconada al mar.<\/p>\n<p>De estos cantes y an\u00e9cdotas os propongo un par de grabaciones. La primera, una actuaci\u00f3n en su C\u00e1diz natal, rodeado de los suyos, en ese <strong>Baluarte de la Candelaria<\/strong> que es un escenario a pie del Atl\u00e1ntico. Pertenece a mis archivos y su registro est\u00e1 fechado el 25 de agosto de 2005. Le acompa\u00f1\u00f3 <strong>Ni\u00f1o La Leo<\/strong>, a quien le cayeron dos o tres <em>piropos<\/em> gaditanos. Unos tangos iniciales dan paso a las historias de Chano para rematar por alegr\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo fragmento pertenece al mismo a\u00f1o, pero en fecha de 18 de diciembre. Fue recogido por el amigo <strong>Mart\u00edn V\u00e1zquez<\/strong> de <a href=\"https:\/\/es-es.facebook.com\/pages\/category\/Movie-Television-Studio\/Arahal-Sonido-Alquiler-673264106123226\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arahal Sonido<\/a>, a quien damos las gracias, en el <strong>Sal\u00f3n Cervantes<\/strong> de dicha localidad sevillana. Esa noche, Chano estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por <strong>Ni\u00f1o El\u00edas<\/strong> a la guitarra y por el poeta de Archidona <strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Ortiz Nuevo<\/strong>&nbsp;a la palabra.
