O ser\u00e1 que no hay dinero para chiringuitos <em>feminijondos<\/em>. La \u00fanica vez que me han dejado hablar sobre este asunto, en M\u00e1laga, llev\u00e9 tantos documentos que casi qued\u00f3 el asunto zanjado. Lo celebro, aunque d\u00e9 menos charlas, que por cierto llevo casi dos a\u00f1os sin dar ninguna. En agosto ofrecer\u00e9 la conferencia inaugural del <strong>II Congreso Internacional de Flamenco y Educaci\u00f3n para J\u00f3venes<\/strong>, que organiza la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.escueladeflamencodeandalucia.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Escuela de Flamenco de Andaluc\u00eda<\/a> y que se celebrar\u00e1 del 11 al 16 del citado mes. Hablar\u00e9 sobre la importancia del flamenco en la sociedad espa\u00f1ola y, obviamente, del protagonismo de la mujer en este arte. No ahora, que es innegable, sino desde el principio de este arte.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00abYa nadie se rasga las vestiduras por eso, as\u00ed que no se entend\u00eda bien que algunas feminijondas desenterraran el hacha de guerra\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Creo que nadie puede negar que vivimos por desgracia en una sociedad machista, pero lo cierto es que el arte flamenco fue siempre, desde sus primeros albores, un colectivo en el que la mujer estaba perfectamente integrada, como podemos ver en los primeros escritos sobre el cante, el baile y el toque. Adem\u00e1s, con reconocimiento de estilos personales de artistas como <strong>Mar\u00eda Borrico, La Andonda, La Parrala, La Sarneta<\/strong> o <strong>La Trini<\/strong>. Estilos y escuelas, claro. Es verdad que estaba mal visto que una mujer cantara o bailara en los caf\u00e9s cantantes, como lo estaba tambi\u00e9n que actuaran los hombres. A lo mejor no tanto, pero la sociedad del XIX miraba con desprecio a aquellos valientes que dejaron de trabajar en el campo, la mar o la fragua para dedicarse al arte de la m\u00fasica, en este caso el flamenco. <strong>Silverio<\/strong> fue uno de ellos. Su familia quer\u00eda que fuera sastre, como su padre y su hermano mayor, Nicol\u00e1s, pero a \u00e9l le tiraba el cante desde que, siendo un ni\u00f1o, descubri\u00f3 c\u00f3mo cantaban los gitanos de Mor\u00f3n de la Frontera en sus fraguas o en los tabancos del pueblo. Y ya no quiso hacer otra cosa en la vida nada m\u00e1s que cantar o crear caf\u00e9s para que cantaran los dem\u00e1s, sobre todo las mujeres flamencas. Silverio, y hay que decirlo nuevamente, tuvo siempre en sus caf\u00e9s cantantes una buena n\u00f3mina de mujeres cantando o bailando, desde La Parrala o <strong>La Rubia<\/strong> hasta <strong>La Mejorana<\/strong> o <strong>Gabriela Ortega<\/strong>. Y jam\u00e1s consinti\u00f3 que nadie ofendiera a ninguna de ellas en sus locales.<\/p>\n<p>Siglo y medio despu\u00e9s, la mujer tiene un papel en el flamenco de un enorme protagonismo, entre otras cosas porque se lo ha ganado. En todos los campos, adem\u00e1s. Las hay dirigiendo tablaos, festivales nacionales e internacionales, revistas especializadas y pe\u00f1as flamencas. Ya nadie se rasga las vestiduras por eso, as\u00ed que no se entend\u00eda bien que algunas <em>feminijondas <\/em>desenterraran el hacha de guerra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Siglo y medio despu\u00e9s, la mujer tiene un papel en el flamenco de un enorme protagonismo.
