{"id":17587,"date":"2020-01-27T22:33:02","date_gmt":"2020-01-27T21:33:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/?p=17587"},"modified":"2020-01-30T18:37:02","modified_gmt":"2020-01-30T17:37:02","slug":"la-herencia-de-rafael-riqueni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/expoflamenco.com\/archivo\/bordonazo\/la-herencia-de-rafael-riqueni\/","title":{"rendered":"La herencia de Rafael Riqueni"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una ma\u00f1ana de hace muchos a\u00f1os me llam\u00f3 la madre de <strong>Rafael Riqueni<\/strong> a casa y me pidi\u00f3 por favor que fuera a estar un rato con su hijo al piso familiar de la calle Pag\u00e9s del Corro, en Triana, porque el genio estaba trist\u00f3n. En efecto, cuando llegu\u00e9 estaba haciendo dedos y con la cara en cualquier sitio menos en la Cava de los Gitanos. \u201c\u00bfQu\u00e9 te pasa, maestro?\u201d, le pregunt\u00e9. Y me respondi\u00f3: \u201cQue dicen que soy un genio y no tengo conciertos. Y como soy concertista, los cantaores tampoco me llaman\u201d. Rafael estaba cansado, decepcionado y con ganas de romper la guitarra.<\/p>\n<p>Sevilla tuvo siempre grandes guitarristas de flamenco, pero tuvo que llegar uno de fuera, <strong>Paco el Barbero<\/strong>, para que comenzara una escuela que a\u00fan est\u00e1 poco estudiada. El guitarrista y compositor sanluque\u00f1o, tra\u00eddo a Sevilla por <strong>Silverio<\/strong> al inicio de los ochenta del XIX, tuvo academia en San Bartolom\u00e9 y daba clases tambi\u00e9n en su tabanco flamenco de la c\u00e9ntrica calle Plata, donde a\u00f1os antes tuvieron academia <strong>Manuel de la Barrera<\/strong> y <strong>Amparo \u00c1lvarez <em>La Campanera<\/em><\/strong>. Sevilla era, pues, para El Barbero su cuartel general cuando daba tantos conciertos por Espa\u00f1a, siendo en verdad el primero que ofrec\u00eda recitales en solitario con un repertorio de palos flamencos buen fijados.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u00abEntre lo que \u00e9l ha heredado y la herencia que nos va a dejar, la del mi\u00e9rcoles en el Lope de Vega puede ser una noche hist\u00f3rica\u00bb<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Maestro P\u00e9rez, Montero, <strong>Antonio Moreno<\/strong> \u2013cordob\u00e9s de nacimiento, pero llegado a Sevilla siendo un ni\u00f1o\u2013, el <strong>Ni\u00f1o Ricardo, Luis Maravilla, Pepe Mart\u00ednez, Eduardo de la Malena, Diego del Gastor<\/strong> o <strong>Melchor de Marchena<\/strong> han sido algunos de los grandes guitarristas sevillanos, referencias de un pasado glorioso que han ca\u00eddo un poco en el olvido. Vinieron m\u00e1s de fuera, como <strong>Juan Gandulla <em>Habichuela<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>Javier Molina<\/strong> o <strong>Currito el de la Jeroma<\/strong>, entre otros. Es lo que se ha dado en llamar la <em>escuela sevillana del toque<\/em>, por lo general atribuida solo al Ni\u00f1o Ricardo, sin duda la primera figura del toque sevillano y primera referencia para la mayor\u00eda de guitarristas flamencos tanto de Sevilla como de fuera de la capital andaluza.<\/p>\n<p>Rafael Riqueni ya homenaje\u00f3 a grandes fen\u00f3menos del toque en uno de sus mejores discos, <em>Maestros <\/em>(1994), con especial atenci\u00f3n a<strong> Ricardo, Sabicas<\/strong> y <strong>Esteban Sanl\u00facar<\/strong>. En <em>Herencia <\/em>quiere ahondar m\u00e1s en el concertista flamenco, porque \u00e9l es sobre todo concertista, uno de los mejores que ha habido. Tampoco es que sea manco acompa\u00f1ando al cante o al baile, porque lo ha hecho a grandes del cante, pero Rafael descubri\u00f3 pronto que su verdadera vocaci\u00f3n era tocar en solitario y hoy le debemos piezas de una calidad impresionante.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Contenido de la obra<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En <em>Herencia<\/em> homenajear\u00e1 a <strong>Paco de Luc\u00eda<\/strong> (<em>L\u00e1grimas<\/em>), <strong>Mario Maya<\/strong> (<em>Farruca Bachiana<\/em>), <strong>Pepe Habichuela<\/strong> (<em>Herencia<\/em>), <strong>Enrique de Melchor<\/strong> (<em>Minerico<\/em>), <strong>Tomatito<\/strong> (<em>Nuevos Sones<\/em>), <strong>Serranito<\/strong> (<em>Caf\u00e9 de Chinitas<\/em>), <strong>Enrique Morente<\/strong> (<em>Triste Luna<\/em>), <strong>Joaqu\u00edn Amador<\/strong> (<em>Pureza<\/em>) y <strong>Manolo Sanl\u00facar<\/strong> (<em>Aires de Sevilla<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Presenta su nueva obra el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 29 de enero en el Teatro Nacional Lope de Vega, con colaboraciones como las de <strong>Rub\u00e9n Olmo<\/strong>, dos guitarras como las de <strong>Salvador Guti\u00e9rrez<\/strong> y <strong>Manuel de la Luz<\/strong>, la percusi\u00f3n de <strong>Luis Amador<\/strong> y las palmas de <strong>Diego<\/strong> y <strong>Jos\u00e9 Amador<\/strong>. Sevillan\u00eda y trianer\u00eda a raudales. Entre lo que \u00e9l ha heredado y la herencia que nos va a dejar, la del mi\u00e9rcoles puede ser una noche hist\u00f3rica.
