Espa\u00f1a encabeza la pasi\u00f3n por el flamenco, seguida de Jap\u00f3n \u2013donde es pr\u00e1cticamente una religi\u00f3n\u2013 y M\u00e9xico, que suma cada a\u00f1o centenares de adeptos. Son los tres pa\u00edses que lideran el sector de las academias flamencas en el planeta, pero no los \u00fanicos. Unos cuatrocientos aficionados aprenden cante y baile en la ciudad china de Shangh\u00e1i cada a\u00f1o. Es el caso de una veintena de estudiantes, que practican este noble arte en el estudio de baile de <strong>Shi Yiqi<\/strong>, situado en un peque\u00f1o s\u00f3tano del parque Zhongshan.<\/p>\n<p>En la web de noticias <a href=\"http:\/\/spanish.xinhuanet.com\/\">Xinhuanet<\/a> han hablado con una de las estudiantes, <strong>Tao Jiarong<\/strong>. Oficinista y nacida en los a\u00f1os 70, dedica casi todo su tiempo libre al flamenco. Ella y m\u00e1s de veinte estudiantes se re\u00fanen algunas noches en el estudio de Shi Yiqi para introducirse en el mundo del flamenco.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>En China hay cada vez m\u00e1s cursos y clases, cuando antes solo los hab\u00eda en Beijing, Shangh\u00e1i, Hong Kong y Taipei.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>400 aficionados aprenden flamenco cada a\u00f1o en Shangh\u00e1i<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00abEn la actualidad hay alrededor de 400 aficionados que aprenden flamenco cada a\u00f1o en Shanghai. En comparaci\u00f3n con los m\u00e1s de 24 millones de habitantes de la urbe, es un grupo muy de nicho\u00bb, explica Tao en declaraciones a <em>Xinhuanet<\/em>. Ella decidi\u00f3 hace tres a\u00f1os pasar del baile al cante y entiende a la perfecci\u00f3n que el flamenco es todo un tesoro cultural. \u00abEl flamenco en s\u00ed mismo es un arte complejo\u00bb, cuentan Tao y Shi a los aficionados de su comunidad.<\/p>\n<p>All\u00e1 por el a\u00f1o 2008, Tao Jiarong se top\u00f3 con la Compa\u00f1\u00eda Nacional de Danza de Espa\u00f1a en Shangh\u00e1i. Tras ver a una bailaora vestida de rojo, no pudo contener las l\u00e1grimas. Poco tard\u00f3 en inscribirse a un curso de baile flamenco.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEl n\u00famero de fan\u00e1ticos del flamenco est\u00e1 aumentando en todo el mundo. En China hay cada vez m\u00e1s cursos y clases, cuando antes solo los hab\u00eda en Beijing, Shangh\u00e1i, Hong Kong y Taipei. Ahora tambi\u00e9n existen opciones en Nanjing, Xi&#8217;an, Changsha, Chengdu y Chongqing. Hay muchas personas interesadas en aprender\u00bb, explica Shi.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Faltan m\u00fasicos y cantaores con experiencia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Shi Yiqi comenz\u00f3 a estudiar en Jap\u00f3n danza callejera y danza del vientre, aunque termin\u00f3 virando su rumbo al flamenco. Consigui\u00f3 trabajo, ahorr\u00f3 algo de dinero y se compr\u00f3 su primer vestido y zapatos para el baile.
