This week she will be presenting her first album <\/span><b><i>La huella de mi sent\u00edo<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Miami, something that\u2019s incredibly important for her because she\u2019s never performed in the <\/span><b>United States<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, where flamenco is becoming more popular day after day. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interviewed by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariolasamericas.com\/cultura\/la-cantaora-maria-terremoto-debutara-miami-la-huella-mi-sentio-n4173301\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diario las Am\u00e9ricas<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, she seemed very happy to have taken such an important step. She couldn\u2019t quite believe it when she was told that she would be presenting her first album there, specifically at the\u00a0<\/span><b>Miami-Dade County Auditorium<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. For this to happen before turning twenty years old is something unusual in flamenco, an art she has devoted her whole life to, like her late grandfather <\/span><b>Fernando <em>Terremoto de Jerez<\/em><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0and father\u00a0<\/span><b>Fernando Terremoto <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">did before her.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On occasion of this debut in America, Mar\u00eda confessed that they are her inspiration. And also her great-aunt, <\/span><b>Mariquilla Terremoto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cantaora <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">from Jerez who added much flavor to the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cante <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of her land.
