This is an event which, according to <strong>Jos\u00e9 Ignacio Landaluce<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 mayor of Algeciras\u2013, reached ten million people in the media and social networks in its previous edition.<\/p>\n<p>The sixth edition follows the same format as its predecessor:\u00a0 a series of <a href=\"https:\/\/emelleventos.es\/\"><strong>five concerts<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>at <strong>Parque Mar\u00eda Cristina\u00a0<\/strong>and many other complementary activities. Around twenty courses of guitar, <em>cante<\/em>, <em>baile<\/em> and <em>comp\u00e1s<\/em> at the <strong>Municipal School of Dance and Theater \u2018Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda S\u00e1nchez-Verd\u00fa\u2019<\/strong>, exhibitions, projections and conferences in the documents center, and <em>baile<\/em> at Plaza Alta. As if that wasn\u2019t enough, the second <em>Reconocimiento Internacional\u00a0<strong>\u2018Guitarra Especial de Algeciras\u2019<\/strong> <\/em>will be awarded.<\/p>\n<h3>Concerts\u2019 Program<\/h3>\n<p>The event will get started on July 24th with the performances of guitarist <strong>Manuel Le\u00f3n\u00a0<\/strong>and <em>cantaora<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Alicia Carrasco\u00a0<\/strong>in their show <em>Mujer Kl\u00f3rica: los bienes de la tierra<\/em>. The following day, the stage will welcome a\u00a0<strong>Raimundo Amador\u00a0<\/strong>in his 60<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary tour <em>Directo a casa<\/em>. Besides, after is performance there will be a guitar recital, <em>Tr\u00edo<\/em>, with\u00a0<strong>Antonio Serrano, Antonio S\u00e1nchez\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0Jos\u00e9 del Tomate<\/strong>. On Friday, July 26<sup>th<\/sup>, <strong>Sara Baras<\/strong> show <em>Sombra <\/em>will be staged. And on Saturday 27<sup>th<\/sup> <em>Noche flamenca\u00a0<\/em>will be performed by <em>cantaores<\/em> <strong>Pansequito, Aurora Vargas, Mar\u00eda Terremoto\u00a0<\/strong>and<strong>\u00a0Perico El Pa\u00f1ero<\/strong>. The last concert will be on Sunday 28<sup>th<\/sup> with the show <em>Esencias\u00a0<\/em>by the pianist <strong>Dorantes\u00a0<\/strong>and <em>cantaora<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Marina Heredia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a unique event with flamenco as its sole protagonist. A masterful tribute to the magical Paco de Luc\u00eda.
